1. Order Processing

We hand‑pack every order within 5 business days of purchase.

Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET roll to the next business day.

No processing or shipping on weekends or statutory holidays.

3. Estimated Transit Times (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier volume may cause delays beyond our control.
4. Local Pick‑Up (Elora, Ontario)

Select “Local Pick‑Up” at checkout for no shipping charge.

We’ll email you when your order is ready (usually within the same 5‑day processing window) with pick‑up address and time‑slot link.

Orders not collected within 14 days are refunded minus a 10 % restocking fee.
5. Warm‑Weather Advisory (May – September)
Tallow softens around body temperature. We insulate when necessary, but once a parcel leaves our workshop, we can’t guarantee product solidity on arrival.

Worried about heat? Email info@nobulltallow.com before ordering—we can quote ice‑pack inserts or express shipping at cost.

Melted balm? Pop it in the fridge until firm; our tallow may have lost its whip, but product performance isn’t affected.
6. Holiday Cut‑Off Dates
For guaranteed delivery by a major holiday, order no later than two full weeks before the date. After the cut‑off, choose an express option or local pick‑up.
7. Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International customers (including the USA) are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees. We must declare full order value.
8. Damaged Parcels

Inspect immediately on arrival.

Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours to info@nobulltallow.com—include photos of packaging and product.

We’ll replace or refund once the claim is reviewed.
9. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If tracking shows “Delivered” yet you don’t have it, first check neighbours and your local carrier outlet.

Still missing? Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We’ll open a carrier investigation and resolve with a replacement or refund when the claim closes.
10. Address Accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Reshipping due to an incomplete or incorrect address is at the customer’s expense.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to adjust or cancel, email us ASAP. Once a label is created, changes are no longer possible.
12. Eco‑Friendly Packaging
We use minimal, recyclable (often recycled) materials while ensuring your products arrive safely.
