Return Policy — No Bull Guarantee

We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all regular-priced items. If you’re not happy, you’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return.

✅ What’s eligible?

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase

Just email us at info@nobulltallow.com to start the process. Please don’t send anything back before we approve the return—we can’t accept it otherwise.

🚚 Return shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong thing — we’ll cover shipping and make it right.

  • If you changed your mind or aren’t satisfied — no problem, but return shipping is on you. We’ll deduct it from your refund unless we agree otherwise.

❌ What can’t be returned?

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance items or gift cards

  • Custom orders or personalized items

EU Customers

If your order was shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no reason needed. The item must still be unopened and in its original condition.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping if applicable) within 10 business days. Bank or credit card processing times may vary.
